today was amazing. it was so fun, and as Sam put it, "Garden State". I would love to go into detail, but pretty much the story is that I got to go up on the roof of KAMSC with this crazy sweet kid and to explore the guts of the building (it felt like national treasure or alice in wonderland or something) and get paid for doing so. at one point we were in the ceiling above Chenery and it was just so awesome. on a side note, this little kid in the class that I was teaching thought that the word "nips" was pretty sweet and got the whole class yelling it. it was goooofy. |

ahhhhhh. so yesterday my dad's "mystery adventure" plan turned out to be a BEN FOLDS concert. It was really amazing, and we were about 20 rows back from the stage. When we first got to Ann Arbor we went to a restaurant with an EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE waiter who had long hair in a ponytail and seashells in his ears. I would almost consider gauging my ears if only for the purpose of putting seashells in them. He was adorable. Grace snorted her coke, Hannah was waving a fry around and my dad was saying "flick your bic", so chances are he didn't think we were too awesome but ANYWAYS, I can dream:)
Then there was this store that was like Terrapin, but WAYYY bigger, and I was in

That was what was said to us today by the guy that works at lazer land. he was kind of creepy, and didn't want my friend and I to share a pop. What is he going to say, "Ummm I've got these two girls here who are SHARING A POP. Come over right away!" I think not.

so
my spring break has been pretty good so far, I'd say.
on tuesday, I went to Milham Park with some kamsc people and we frisbeed and I fell in the mud. it was crazy.
and yesterday I got up at a lovely 4:30 am to drive to Ohio with my family, and we looked at two colleges. during one of the tours Grace farted and it was super loud. =P it was fun and cold and not-fun and we ate gross food for all three meals.
and today I did chores, homework, etc. and then went to lazerland with the above group plus Chelsey and Adnan.
Since lazer tag only takes a small amount of time, and eats cash pretty quickly, and the guy there was creepy, we needed somewhere else to go. we decided there was NO WAY we would be conventional and go to the mall, so we went to... Meijer!! Within a few seconds of walking in the door, Eli blew a GIGANTIC bubble as big as his FACE and it popped, and gum got stuck in his eyebrows and nose and facial hair. hehe. we looked at an escape artist hamster, searched for Q, sat on the sample couches and Adnan rode a very small bike. it was an adventure.
and THENNN I went to Jordan's house, which was amazing.
It was good to see everybody again =)
we played some mad uno, and watched little miss sunshine, and puffy really likes me for some reason.

hmm.
yesterday was a day of strange but definitely good encounters.
in the morning I met somebody who I've always admired, but never really spoken to. that was cool.
and then the rest of the morning was fairly uneventful. went to kamsc slightly nervous about a physics test, which ended up being a TAKE HOME TEST! so everyone was fairly excited about that. we just hung out in biomed, chelsey was being a goof and we were naming random people who we were going to marry. *shakes head*
after school I headed to band, but it turns out I was amazingly late. *shrug* If I had known it would've been so short I would have a) taken off work or b) not gone. but afterwards Jon and I chilled in Mr. Latimer's room for a good HOUR or so, we talked about exams and snowdays and I finally watched Dick In a Box, and I had my very first sip of an energy drink that tasted like peaches. I dunno, I don't really like the idea of filling my body with artificial energy. and we decorated his board and it was beautiful. you should all look on monday. I went home and had dinner and then Drew picked me up and we went to D&W and then we headed to Kjartan's house for the Donnieeee party. His little sister answered the door in a bunny suit with a sign on it that said ,"why are you wearing that stupid man suit?" It was SO ADORABLE. and clever. Derek and Annalise were there and I enjoyed the opportunity to talk with them since I kinda knew them but never really knew them before tonight. They are some pretty coooool people. We watched the extended version, which makes so much more sense than the original. and we talked about school and time travel and the 4th dimension, and then we watched Derek's debut in an sb email!! it was pretty sweet. and then I came home and went to bed. whew. yay for updates. today I have my playing test (AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and about a 3 inch stack of papers to read for biomed. yay! |

so yeah, break. pretty sweet. I haven't done any schoolwork whatsoever, other than finishing the ole AK. YAY!
so yesterday I went to Sam's house. That was interesting, to say the least. His friends Sam, Wayne and Eric came over too. Awkward, because they were all in college and guys who I didn't know =P
We watched some Pete and Pete and then played Guitar Hero because we are cool.
I had to scoot after pizza to go to the Rave with my family, which was pretty awesome I guess. We watched The Pursuit of Happyness. yes, with a y.
then today I woke up around lunchtime (hee.) and went to Drew's. That was nice. and silly.
okay I am so boring. I'm gonna go.

I'm actually in an okay mood todayyy!
I have a ton of homework thoughhh =(
So, yeah. Fire kicks everyone's ass. There was this sweet guy with crazy hair there that said something that I think was one of the truest things I've ever heard. He said, Love is all that matters. When you're living your life you should find something that you love and stick to it, because that's all that matters. If you find something you don't love, then leave it alone. (along those lines) I wanted to talk to him afterwards but I was already really late for being home plus I think by then he was kinda wasted. =/ He caught my eye at one point during his snappyclapping and we kinda made big eyes faces and shrugged. It was silllly.
Mr. Latimer was amazing (Suprise) and Gabe was amazing and both of them together was the MOST AMAZING OF ALL. Basically Kendra already wrote about all of this. So I won't expand any further.
Yesterday I volunteered at Santa's workshop (woooooo but not really), which was really boring at first. But then, Kjartan showed up and he and I had a marvelous time being conversationalists. We talked with this one second grader with a mullet about how he egged amberly, and kept trying to prove that he was a liar. heeh. and the reindeer are getting pizza for christmas.
I've been feeling so contemplative lately. But all of my thoughts are trapped up inside all sadddddly =(
blahhh. oh well, c'est la vie.

I PASSED MY FREAKING DRIVERS TEST!!!
there's some big news right there.
I don't update this very much.
Nobody really does.
Anywho, on Friday we went to the hospital and it was pretty fun. I rode over there with Robert and Chelsey, we got the FIRST parking spot but then we thought that was impossible so we left and got screwed, finally parking on the roof =P It was rainy.
We went to the blood bank and some other stuff, and then went to listen to this guy lecture about pathology or something. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the lecture and Sam fell asleep when the guy started talking about smoking and lung cancer. fun stuff. Then we got to see this woman's lung that they had just taken out that was all disgusting because she was a smokeypjoo.
I rode with Sam back to kamsc, we had some fun trying to battle the stubborn elevator with a trash can lid, and I went to that one sauna room and opened the window and put my face in the rain. it was pretty fun.
OH and when I walked back into Goudie's room, he and Sam were just standing there laughing and wiping off each other's faces. I was kind of confused but then I saw that Dr. G had spilled this AMAZINGLY purple dye all over the place. It was humorous, considering he had a meeting to be at directly after kamsc. woooot for purple splashes all over!
Today I think I may go over to Evan's to watch the Ohio State game with some kiddos, even though I don't really know/care about football.
I don't really feel that good.
My throat hurts, and the secretary of state is closed =(
anyways, hopefully you enjoyed that teeny insight into my life as of now.
I'm off to do some tarea.

well. today turned out much better than I thought it would..
when I walked into spanish I realized - HEY! NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY (except there is a shitty band rehearsal, stupid band).
then I kind of plodded through the rest of northern except english because Mr. Latimer is amazingly awesome.
I THINK I DID WELL ON MY PHYSICS TEST!!! LIKE WOAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
math was stupid
biomed was stupid, I was so eager for that hour to be over with. then at work I made about a zillion copies for Mrs. Hach. discussed people we didn't really like. it's sad when I post journal entries just because I have a fun quote.
OH and if you remember awhile back I was talking about our friends who are adopting, and IT'S FINALLY OVER!!!!

heyyyyo.
today was pretty fun.
I went to KAMSC in the morning to take the MMPC (yeahhhh...) but then after that was finished, we had over an hour to hang out before KAMSC actually started. so elissa, griffin, kyle, jon, justin and I decided to go eat at the crow's nest. that was fun, I don't hang out with those cool kids nearly enough. we almost didn't make it to class though, because our waitress was super slow. got our physics exams back... yeahh... I got a 66% =P (drew!)
math was amazingly boring like it always is, and work was okay. I mixed acid, which was frightening. Sam had to get me these HUGE thick gloves that made me look kind of like mickey mouse so I could hold it. eeep. it was all bubbly and hot and SCARY. then I came home. then I talked to Mr. Latimer. Hooray!!
You guys should be proud of me... an actual update!!!
